A big grinder I'm using is triggering the breakers in my house. Can I connect it to the breaker box directly?

Some where on the grinder is a plate stating the current and amperage it draws. If it is more than 20 amps you can not use on any household outlet without popping the breaker. Also most likely most of your plugs will be rated for 15 amps, again not gonna work. If you have to have this grinder for whatever job you are doing, you are gonna have to call an electrician and have him wire in a circuit with enough current capacity to handle it. This is the ONLY safe way. Do not by pass anything, it will bite you in the butt.
