What should I get for a tattoo?

My dad passes away 3 years ago and I wanted to get a tattoo on my shoulder or forearm remembering him in a unique way. He was an electrician and we traveled a lot as a family. Any ideas would be appreciated. I would like the shoulder tattoo to be rather big that goes towards the chest or top left back/shoulder. Thanks.
