Please help me, i need tips and advices?

Hey guys yesterday i went to movies with my friend to watch fast and furious, everything was going great until i saw the girl that i met last week, she texted she was like i see you , so we hugged and said hi but than she started like stalking and stuffs than she said why are u so shy than she said pfft, i admit i was a bit shy but i had my friend with me so either way i couldnt stay with her, but ya today were talking normally like nothing happened but im sick and tired of waiting so i asked her if she wanna hang out today she said she got her friend bday. The question is im tired of waiting and suffering for her i really love her we text alot and stuffs but should i tell her about my feelings or what?
