I hear a small zap in the fuse box..?

Every time the a/c cuts on. This is in a mobile home don't know if that helps to resolve. But can I fix this myself, w/o having to hire an electrician? Its been going on for a noticeable week. And the zap is not loud its quite short. And I don't hear anything after that zap.
