I just went through some major changes and need to purchase a cheap vehicle?

I need to purchase a cheap truck for work and rainy days but just went through some major changes in my life. I got out from under an upside down loan on a car to prepare for a new career as an electrician. I currently work at a hotel and am making $10/hr+tips (undeclared) that are about $80 a night When I sold the car I purchased a new motorcycle by credit for gas and travel reasons but am going to be needing the truck earlier than I had anticipated. The problem is that I have exhausted my bank account and am in the process of rebuilding it. Considering all of that, what would my options be for purchasing a $4,000 truck?
