What to wear to a party?

Since it's starting to get nice outside (idk where you live, but in the most of the US it's spring, lol) I would wear a cute patterned skirt and a nice v-neck top. I suggest brown or blue, depending on your eye color. Always go with something that makes your eyes pop. lol. Try Kohls, they always have a great discount rack... lol.
