Could you make a living out of training horses, giving lessons and competing at a high level?

I know it's hard work, and most people will probably think 'pfft dream on' but can you go to any collages or anything to train you and educate you to be able to train horses up to very high competition standards, i'd love to be an eventer and then go on to give lessons. I already have two of my own horses and have a little job riding, bringing on, taking to competitions and selling a pony for someone. Any help anyone?
