One more question...?

First of all thanks to everyone that answered my last question. Seriously. But I just want to give a situation to and see what u think about it. This guy we dated for like 2 months (pfft. Whatever) so we break up I still kind of have feelings for him and he calls me and tells mr how much he misses me and that we should meet up I accept the offer (why not right) the first time we were supposed to go out his phone got taken away and then again we go out and he doesn't msg me to tell me when we wanna meet up. But then he goes on about how he misses me and stuff. Where is this going? Is there just honestly bad timing when we go out or is he scamming mee? I just need an honest answer here
