Power Company Damaged my Air Conditioner... now what? GFCI.?
Unfortunately the power company will be of little to no help. However, what you describe is a simple problem that any qualified handyman should be able to fix in about 10 minutes. All that needs to be done is to replace the GFCI receptacle.
