Tips on buying a circuit breaker, help?

One of the circuit breakers on my electricity board (sorry if I'm not using the right terms, English isn't my main language) stopped functioning. The electrician came here and told me I'd have to replace the whole board, because they don't sell these 10 Amp circuit breakers anymore ( I don't know if this specific electrical current measure was the only reason he couldn't replace just the broken one). My idea is to find a circuit breaker on ebay and have it shipped here (Europe). My problem: I really don't know anything about circuit breakers... What kind of features should I be looking for, besides the 10 Amp? Also, should I just give up and have him change the whole thing..? Thank you for reading this : )
