What should i do about my girlfriend?

It is almost me and my girlfriends 2 year anniversary. we just arnt getting along! shes bossy, and constantly yells at me! I can never sit down. We just got a puppy a month ago, at that point, we were closer than ever! At first like any baby, it needed attention, i got jelous! but i decided, it was stupid and i should be happy! it will bring us closer, now shes all like all you care about is the dog. and, we got in a fight, she asks me to go home for a hour, because i wouldnt buy anything for us to eat? i said i was not hungry, and she said she needs space. so i was like okay, can i bring my puppy, i paid half of 500/ the dog was 1000. anyways, she was like he lives here not at your house. anyways, she said, "are you here for the dog or me" i said pfft the dog. and she broke up with me? anyways.. what do i do?
