A question about Careless driving in PA and looking for work?

I'm searching for a job that usually entails driving a company vehicle, like a plumbing truck or electricians truck. I recently got a citation for careless driving where there was no accidents or anything i just did something stupid a got the ticket. I also had a speeding ticket about 2 1/2 years ago. Now most jobs I see say they are looking clean driving record. Does anyone know how bad that looks or am I worrying over nothing.
