Sydney, Australia: How much is it for an electrician to come and change two lightbulbs?

The thing is, I don't have a ladder and my lights are very very high up so I think I'll have to get an electrician to change my lightbulbs because the people I rent with say they won't pay to get someone over to fix this for me...how much would it cost? It's near the south of Sydney, near cronulla.
