What trait should I pursue?

22 years old, male, 3 kids, not much time, I only have my GED but need to learn a trait so I can get a decent job, What should I look into, or what would you do if you were in my position, I dont really have time to go through regular college with lots of senseless classes I do not need, Im thinking electrician or something like that. thanks
