Question about tubal ligation?

Well I'm 19 years old an I wish it would be possible to get a tubal ligation but I doubt it so what age would they actually let me have a tubal ligation.....well my bf wants kids but not with me cuz he's off my list ;d an I dont want kids because I don't like kids I'm too selfish an conceited plus I know I won't be a good mother because I'm Wild....I am postitive that I do not want kids at all...I would hate myself if I'm being called mommy :/ I'm a harsh girl who only thinks of myself I don't have feelings for kids I rather chase after my career an not share with anyone at all including kids :/ I no. They are cute but I can't handle kids plus I might not be a good mother....I rather go out an party, clubs, an don't worry about coming home an worrying about my kids pfft that ain't me really I did alot of research an I see people with kids but they seem to be stessed out but Idc I don't wanna waste my time on having kids of my own I don't want to go through 9 months an getting a big prego belly....that is not me :p so what age is approiate to get a tubal ligation....Idc u can enlighten me with ur harsh comments but Idc ;D
